How Natural Supplement of High Blood Pressure Works?

Alistrol is a truly different blood-pressure-reducing supplement — a brand-new, all-natural approach to mitigating stubborn and dangerous high-blood-pressure conditions.

Alistrol has fine credentials. For instance, its formula was highlighted at the 2003 Inter-American Society for Hypertension Conference, sponsored by the American Heart Association. Its three major natural ingredients work synergistically with each other.

Alistrol works for people who have tried many other remedies without success. It has no known interactions with prescription high-blood-pressure medicines; you don’t have to risk stopping your other therapies in order to try out Alistrol.

Here’s what you’ll find inside Alistrol’s patented, natural, organic formula:

Hawthorn Berry

The Hawthorn berry is a health tonic. It is one of the most valuable and most effective natural berries that have magnificent health benefits. For centuries, hawthorn berry remains one of the most effective used botanical medicines for heart conditions particularly in Europe, Germany, Switzerland and now North America. Clinical studies have demonstrated that the use of Hawthorn supports overall health by:

Relaxing and dilating arteries
Increasing endurance
Increasing the flow of blood and oxygen to and from the heart
Maintaining healthy blood vessels
Maintaining healthy blood pressure

To summarize, Hawthorn berry helps protect the arterial walls, can dilate (enlarge) coronary blood vessels (the vessels supplying the heart with vital oxygen, blood, and nutrients), and strengthens the heart’s pumping ability.

People who suffer from angina or hypertension (high blood pressure) may benefit from supplementing hawthorn berry to help alleviate their condition. Anyone who suffers from tachycardia (rapid heart beating) and cardiac arrhythmia (irregular heart beat) may also benefit from supplementing Alistrol to their daily regime.

Since the 19th century, hawthorn berries have been used to support the heart and to maintain cardiovascular functions. Hawthorn has a primary chemical constituent that includes vitamin C, flavonoids, (quercetin, quercetrin), glycosides, proanthocyanidins, anthocynaidins, saponins, tannins, and cratetegin. The genus name “Crataegus” comes from the Greek, “kratos”, which refers to the harness of the wood.

Alistrol’s ingredients are quite unique, reason being, the quality and ability for Alistrol to synergistically collaborate its ingredients is superior to any other hawthorn or product in the marketplace. We utilize high standards in our manufacturing of the ingredients. The stringent set of regulations encompasses every aspect of the manufacturing practice. Alistrol’s ingredients are produced in a GMP (Goods Manufacturing Practices) facility, which is the safest, and most controlled and inspected facilities by the health industry community. You’ll notice many companies marketing or selling this type of product will not have this crucial authorization.

Holly Leaf

The second ingredient in Alistrol is the Holly Leaf. The Holly Leaf is a small evergreen tree about 15m in height and is found in a wide range of soil types commonly useful evergreen shrub that can be grown as a specimen tree, clipped bushes or as a hedge. There are dozens of varieties, many with variegated leaves. Plants are either male or female. Both sexes are required for the female plants to produce their winterberries, which appear from late autumn to mid-winter. The Holly Leaf has only recently come to light for it’s health benefits especially as a relaxant and enhances blood circulation and supporting the arterial walls with a consistent blood and oxygen flow. This herb can help maintain healthy blood pressure levels and reduce high blood pressure with no known side effects, very effective.

Daikon Extract

Daikon cleanses the blood, promotes energy circulation and increases the metabolic rate. It contains diuretics, decongestants and, in terms of photochemical, the digestive enzymes diastase, amylase and esterase. This makes it a primary ingredient for natural herbal remedy to deal with the cause of high blood pressure.

In addition, regular use of Diakon in Alistrol helps prevent the common cold, flu and respiratory infections and Daikon treats hangovers, sore throats, colds and edema, and it helps cleanse the kidneys and decongest the lungs. Therefore, integrating Alistrol to your daily regime is a perfect combination in finding these herbs for high blood pressure.

Now remember natural herbal supplements like Alistrol, which lower high blood pressure naturally take time to showcase positive health benefits. Clinical studies have shown that taking the ingredients of Alistrol for 6-8 weeks showcase positive results and one may take a smaller dosage thereafter for heart health maintenance.

So, in short, the time-tested ingredients of Alistrol can…

Help you maintain good, healthy, elastic arteries, as you get older.
Support your peripheral vascular circulation—the vital blood vessels outside your heart and brain.
Aid healthy blood flow to your heart itself.
Help to support normal blood pressure in your pulmonary artery, through which your blood gets pumped to your lungs.
Help normal blood pressure to persist over the long term.
And, all this without any known undesirable side effects.

Try Alistrol today and make this safe and most effective natural high blood pressure supplement part of your daily regime and live a life of happiness and longevity.
The Power To Live Stronger! www.alistrol.com

High blood pressure or hypertension is the condition when the blood flow in the arteries and veins is forced under a higher pressure than normal. This can happen due to the weakness of the heart or due to the buildup of cholesterol in the coronary arteries, which can reduce their lumen. Today, most people in the world are suffering from hypertension, though it is not always fatal. Proper medication and a positive lifestyle can make people with higher blood pressures lead a long and happy life. However, neglect can cause severe fatal problems like myocardial infarctions (heart attacks).

High blood pressure is known as Rakta Gata vata in Ayurveda. It can be caused due to vitiation of any of the three doshas, though the contribution of the vata dosha may be more, as it is responsible for the circulation of blood. The following are the main precipitating factors for people with different doshas:-

1.	Vata type of Hypertension – This is caused by extreme emotions such as worry, anxiety and stress.

2.	Pitta type of Hypertension – This is caused by negative emotions such as hatred, jealousy and feeling for revenge.

3.	Kapha type of Hypertension – This is caused by problems with the digestive system.

(1)	Useful Herbs in the Treatment of High Blood Pressure

1.	Alfalfa (Medicago satina)

Alfalfa contains several elements which are needed in the softening of the hard arteries. This reduces the tension in the arteries and hence helps to treat hypertension.

2.	Bloodwort (Achillea millefolium)

Bloodwort is a sweat-inducing herb. It makes the blood flow towards the skin for expelling the sweat. Due to this free movement of the blood, the high blood pressure is reduced. Bloodword contains an alkaloid which is effective in reducing high blood pressure.

3.	Garlic (Allium sativum)

Garlic is an antispasmodic agent. Hence it reduces the pressure in the arteries caused due to the pumping action of the heart during blood circulation. Garlic creates a rhythm in the pumping of the heart, which eases the pulse. Other high blood pressure problems such as dizziness, shortness of breath and indigestion are also taken care of by garlic. Garlic is widely considered to be the best remedy for high blood pressure.

4.	Jaundice Berry (Berberis vulgaris)

Jaundice berry is another very effective remedy in the treatment of high blood pressure. It eases the tension in the arteries by making them dilate. Thus the blood flow in them is facilitated.

5.	Parsley (Petroselinum crispum)

Parsley is like a monitor of the blood vessels. It regulates the flow of blood in them and maintains easy circulation. It looks after the entire arterial system. Hence it is a very beneficial herb for people with high blood pressure.

6.	Rauwolfia (Rauwolfia serpentina)

The effects of rauwolfia on the arteries and veins of the human system have been investigated in detail, and immensely positive results have been obtained. Rauwolfia has a treasure-trove of alkaloids for easing the arteries, synchronizing the blood flow in them, reducing palpitation and even removing the cholesterol buildup in the arteries. Hence, practitioners of all forms of medicine acknowledge the effects of rauwolfia. In Ayurveda especially, the root of the rauwolfia is prescribed for hypertension patients. The Ayurvedic name for rauwolfia is sarpagandha.

(2)	Dietary Treatments for High Blood Pressure

A strict dietary regimen is important to seek early treatment from high blood pressure. The following points must be obeyed:-

1.	Salt should be reduced or totally eliminated from the diet. Hot and spicy foods should also be avoided.

2.	Instead of hydrogenated fats, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats must be used. These include oils of sesame, olive, flaxseed, mustard and groundnut. Ghee and butter made from cow’s milk are beneficial. Buffalo milk should be avoided.

3.	Indigestion should be taken care of by consuming a good amount of leafy vegetables containing fiber.

4.	Bitter gourd and drumsticks are advantageous vegetables for people suffering from high blood pressure. Colocasia must be avoided, but yellow pumpkin helps in reducing blood pressure.

5.	Among fruits, bananas, oranges, guavas and apples are good. All kinds of dry fruits and nuts are good.

6.	Sweets and chocolates must be avoided.

7.	Red meats must be avoided. But white meats, especially fish are beneficial in lowering blood pressure.

(3)	Ayurvedic Concepts for High Blood Pressure

	Sarpagandha is the drug of choice in high blood pressure. Not only is this drug used in Ayurvedic medicine, but it is also used in allopathic medicine in the treatment of high blood pressure. In addition, the following herbal preparations are prescribed depending on the doshic cause of high blood pressure:-

a.	For Vataja High Blood Pressure, jatamansi and brahmi are prescribed.

b.	For Pittaja High Blood Pressure, sarsarapilla and sandalwood are prescribed.

c.	For Kaphaja High Blood Pressure, calamus, arjuna, shilajit, guggulu and berberis are prescribed.

(4)	Home Remedies for High Blood Pressure

a.	Have a spoonful of lemon juice mixed with honey every morning.

b.	Oranges are very helpful in high blood pressure. Have a juice of two or three oranges every day.

c.	Prepare a powdered mixture of cumin seeds, fennel seeds and sugar. Take one spoonful of this mixture in water every morning and evening.

There are high blood pressure signs you should be aware of, regardless if you are taking birth control pills or not. However, for most high blood pressure sufferers, recognizing signs can be easier said than done. The reason is because high blood pressure generally has no symptoms due to the fact that the basic warning signs associated with it are extremely vague.

Nevertheless, the following are the basic warning high blood pressure signs you should be aware of:

 Headaches
 Dizziness
 Nosebleeds
 Flushed face
 Fatigue.

As you can see, from the above list of symptoms, it is easy for someone to ignore or mistaken these symptoms as another problem. This is why high blood pressure is commonly known as “the silent killer”, because for those who don’t receive regular blood pressure checkups, it usually isn’t until one experiences the more extreme symptoms that he/she seeks medical attention.

The following extreme high blood pressure signs occur if high blood pressure (blood pressure is equal to or greater than 140/90 mmHg.) has been persistent, severe and left untreated for a long time. The symptoms are usually the result of damage that has been done to the brain, eyes, kidney and heart.

They include:

 Severe unexplained headache
 Fatigue
 Restlessness
 Nausea
 Vomiting
 Shortness of breath
 Blurred vision
 Chest pain or shortness of breath after slight exertion

More extreme signs include:

 Eye damage and loss of vision
 Organ failure – kidneys and/or heart fail
 Heart attack
 Stroke or a transient ischemic attack (better known as a mini stroke)
 Aneurysm
 Peripheral arterial disease
 Brian swelling – this is rare but can cause drowsiness and coma.

Note: if you are experiencing any of the above extreme signs visit your hospital emergency department immediately.

How can high blood pressure be treated?

First of all, regardless if you have high blood pressure signs or not, always have your blood pressure checked annually, and inform you doctor if you have a family history of hypertension, kidney failure, heart attack or stroke, as this increases your risk.

That being said, high blood pressure can be managed thorough lifestyle changes, but depending on the severity of the condition, some individuals may benefit from a combination of lifestyle changes and medical treatment.

Lifestyle changes -

Food – Limit and eliminate food products that encourage high blood pressure including, table salt, cooking salt, salty and processed foods, foods high in saturated fat, sugary foods and drinks, caffeine and alcohol.

Quit smoking – Nicotine in cigarettes causes the blood vessels to constrict, and increases blood pressure.

Exercise – Physical activity actually works to reduce blood pressure while inactivity increases blood pressure. Exercise is a great way to keep your body healthy and strong, and is a fantastic way to lose and maintain a good weight.

Lose weight – If you are exceptionally overweight or obese you are putting excess pressure on your heart. You must reduce your weight by incorporating regular exercise and healthy eating habits in your lifestyle. Avoid crash diets as these can only make your condition worse.

Medication – If your doctor feels you require medication to help control your high blood pressure signs, you may be prescribed medication to help relieve the stress that is being placed on your heart, organs and blood vessels including: diuretics (water pills), beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs), angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, Alpha-blockers, etc.

Remember although medications can help, lifestyle changes are essential for controlling high blood pressure.

It is vital that you realize high blood pressure can go undetected for years and cause no symptoms while still damaging the blood vessels, heart and other organs. Therefore, if you suspect you have high blood pressure signs, are unsure if you do, or even if you don’t, always visit your health care provider annually to have your blood pressure checked. Monitoring your blood pressure, and taking action to control it when it’s high, is the only way you can protect yourself from the silent killer.

What is High Blood Pressure?

According to statistics, one out of every three adult Americans have high blood pressure. Blood pressure is defined as the amount of force that the blood uses on the veins and arteries as it circulates through the body. A healthy person’s blood pressure should be around 120/80 mm Hg or even lower. Blood pressure that consistently measures 140/90 mm Hg or higher is considered high blood pressure.

If left uncontrolled, it may increase the risk of serious health problems including heart attack, kidney failure or stroke.

There are two types of high blood pressure: First, there is primary high blood pressure in which there is no known underlying cause and second, there is secondary high blood pressure which occurs as the result of a medical condition or as a side effect from medications.

What makes high blood pressure so dangerous is that most people do not experience any symptoms, even when blood pressure readings are dangerously high. This is why it is called the “silent killer.” However, some people may notice one or two of the following symptoms if their levels are consistently raised: headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, increased nosebleeds.

What Causes High Blood Pressure?

For most people, the cause remains unknown, making primary blood pressure the more prevalent of the two. While it is not entirely known why primary high blood pressure occurs, research is ongoing and a number of factors have been implicated. Since high blood pressure often runs in families, a strong genetic component has been indicated.

Other risk factors for high blood pressure include smoking, alcoholism, high salt intake, being overweight, lack of exercise, and high levels of stress.

Some conditions known to cause secondary hypertension are: diabetic nephropathy, kidney disease, Cushing’s syndrome, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, arteriosclerosis (a thickening, hardening and narrowing of the walls of the arteries), underlying heart conditions, sleep apnea, obesity, pregnancy (especially in cases of pre-eclampsia) and side-effects of certain medications or supplements.

Natural Remedies for High Blood Pressure:

Garlic — Eating garlic is a very good way to lower high blood pressure. It has beneficial effects on the whole cardiovascular system. Clinical studies have shown that garlic decreases the systolic pressure by 20-30 mm Hg and the diastolic by 10-20 mm Hg. During one of these studies people with high blood pressure were given one clove of garlic a day for 12 weeks. Their diastolic blood pressure and cholesterol levels were significantly reduced.

Coenzyme Q10 — CoQ10 has been proven to be effective in treating people with a common type of high blood pressure. A clinical trial was done where half the people were given 60 mg of CoQ10 twice daily for 12 weeks and the other half were given, of course, a placebo. The people taking CoQ10 had an 18-point reduction in systolic blood pressure.

Magnesium — It is well known that magnesium deficiency leads to high blood pressure. Because our modern diet lacks magnesium, most Americans are deficient in this mineral. Many studies have shown that it helps significantly to take magnesium daily for the treatment of high blood pressure. Magnesium can also be taken to prevent hypertension.

Lysine, Proline and Vitamin C — This is a protocol by Linus Pauling, a nobel prize winner, to cure plaque build up in the arteries and thus reduce high blood pressure. To find out more about this protocol go to the saveyourheart.com website.

Cinnamon — In recent studies it was shown that cinnamon helps lower high blood pressure as well as reducing serum cholesterol levels. Below is a list of other herbs that are used to lower blood pressure. Herbs can be taken in capsules, as tinctures, you can use them in cooking if appropriate, or your can use them as a tea.

    * Hawthorn

    * Gingko biloba

    * Ginseng

    * Gotu Kola

    * Skullcap

    * Ashwagandha

    * Burdock

    * Hawthorn

    * Nutmeg

    * Cardamom

    * Kelp

Lifestyle Changes to Reduce High Blood Pressure:

You might want to get your own blood pressure machine and keep track of your blood pressure yourself. This way you can see what causes it to go up or to go down.

Do about 30 minutes of aerobic exercise each day such as walking. Don’t overdue it and exercise too much as it then becomes stressful to your body and may increase blood pressure.

Eat a lot of potassium rich foods such as vegetables and fruits.

Drink lots of water, between 8 to 15 glasses of water a day. Drinking lots of water mimics what the drugs your doctor prescribes are doing. It relaxes your body, including your arteries.

Learn to relax, slow down and manage your stress levels. Stress is a huge influencing factor in high blood pressure.

There is direct relation between alcohol and blood pressure. Not a happy relationship. You pay for the alcohol and buy blood pressure and again pay for treating the blood pressure! The double loss game!

This is just one strong reason. The disease of blood pressure is due to various other reasons. The crush of the materialistic modern civilization is too much to bear in the metropolitan cities. The modern modes of relaxation have capacity to create further tension! Take for example, one of the entertainment utility-Television!

If you view the News Channel, your mind is likely to get more agitated. Instead of peace of mind, you get piece of mind!

These problems are interrelated and it is difficult to segregate the cause and effect, once you are trapped. For example, too much of alcohol, is the cause of high blood pressure. It is also responsible for weight increase.

Weight increase in itself is the cause of blood pressure. If you take medication for weight loss, again it has the potentialities for side effects. To treat the side effects, your doctor will again give some more medicines. The vicious cycle goes on. You will soon reach a stage, where you suffer form all sorts of deficiencies and diseases.

Blood pressure is only the cover. It has a solid back-up. Many serious, life-threatening diseases are waiting in the side-wings to take over once you are a patient of high blood pressure. They are heart diseases, heart attack, kidney failure, nervous breakdown and many others.

Forget medications for a while. I am not telling you that they are of no use. But the strategy of the moment is to change your lifestyle. Change in your food habits. Think positively that you are capable of beating blood pressure. Just give up junk food for ever. That is one of the contributing factors for your constipation, which again is one of the reasons for increase in your blood pressure.

If you are taking more than 2 spoonfuls salt per day, it is time to cut it. Give up processed foods and switch over to fruits and vegetables. Limit the sweets. Have a regular schedule of exercises. Meditation, breathing exercises, cycling, jogging, brisk walking, all these count a lot in reducing your blood pressure.

Along with the changed habits, develop a habit of thinking positively. Your supreme will power can cure any type of blood pressure.

Blood pressure is the force of the blood pushing against the walls of the arteries. Blood pressure is the result of two forces: from the heart as it pumps blood into the arteries and throughout the circulatory system, and the force of the arteries as they resist blood flow. Blood pressure is measured by putting a blood pressure cuff around your arm, inflating the cuff and listening for the flow of blood. Blood pressure is always given as these two numbers, the systolic and diastolic pressures. Blood pressure is traditionally measured with a device called a sphygmomanometer. Blood pressure is measured in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). Blood pressure is generally felt to be abnormally high at a level of 140/90, and some sort of definitive therapy and follow-up should be started at this level. High blood pressure is called the silent killer because it usually has no symptoms.

Blood is carried from the heart to all parts of your body in vessels called arteries. Blood does not flow regularly like water from a tap:-When the heart contracts (systole), the blood is propelled into the main arteries that act as a pressurised reservoir.

Pressure in a hose can be regulated either by controlling the rate at which fluid passes through it or by widening it. Pressure inside your arteries can cause the muscles that line the walls of the arteries to thicken. Your blood pressure is at its highest when the heart beats, pumping the blood. When the heart is at rest, between beats, your blood pressure falls. Still, for most of your waking hours, your blood pressure stays pretty much the same when you are sitting or standing still.

Heart disease is the UK’s biggest killer, claiming thousands of lives each year. Heart failure is when your heart cannot pump blood around the body as well as it should, and this can cause you to become short of breath and can cause your ankles to swell. Heart attack High blood pressure is a major risk factor for heart attacks.

Various disorders and drugs can cause the compensatory mechanisms to malfunction, and high blood pressure may result. Causes In most instances of high blood pressure, no known cause can be identified. Doctors do not know what causes high blood pressure in 90 to 95 percent of people who have it. For some people, just being in a medical setting causes their blood pressure to rise.

Symptoms When blood pressure is too low, the first organ to malfunction is usually the brain. Symptoms that may occur include: Confusion Chest pain Ear noise or buzzing Irregular heartbeat Nosebleed Tiredness Vision changes. What is treatment, medication, medicines, remedy, drugs, cure of lowering high Blood pressure or Hypertension? . Although high blood pressure, also known as hypertension, can cause headaches, dizziness and problems with vision, the majority of people with the condition do not display any noticeable symptoms.

Treatment

Treatment is focused on reducing water retention and lowering blood pressure to normal limits. Treatment for high blood pressure depends on the severity of the disease and whether you have other health problems, such as heart failure or diabetes, or you are pregnant. Treatment of primary high blood pressure, especially moderate or severe high blood pressure, decreases the risk of heart failure, coronary artery disease, heart attack, abnormal heartbeats, stroke, and kidney disease, and reduces the risk of death from these conditions. Treatment for high blood pressure must be highly individualized and based on your risk factors, such as diabetes, smoking, and heart disease. Treatment when blood pressure increases slightly and the woman is not near the end of her pregnancy, bed rest may help reduce the pressure. Treatment begins with changes you can make in your lifestyle to help lower your blood pressure and reduce your risk of heart disease .

High blood pressure is called the silent killer because it usually has no symptoms. When high blood pressure is not found and treated, it can cause: The heart to get larger, which may lead to heart failure. If your blood pressure is in the prehypertension range, it is more likely that you will end up with high blood pressure unless you take action to prevent it. High blood pressure is dangerous because it makes the heart work too hard and contributes to atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). If your blood pressure is between 120/80 mmHg and 139/89 mmHg, then you have prehypertension. The good news is that if your blood pressure is high, it can be lowered by making changes to your lifestyle, for example changing your diet, exercising and losing weight, and when needed, with tablets. The medical community?s knowledge of high blood pressure is great, but far from perfect. High blood pressure is more common: In patients whose families have high blood pressure In those over 35 years old In males In Afro-Americans In women on oral contraceptives. The only way to know whether you have high blood pressure is to have it taken by a person who knows how (those automatic machines you sit at in the supermarket are not necessarily kept accurate condition.

Some people say there’s no such thing as a low blood pressure. But the common belief is that blood pressure below the normal range of 120/80 may result in fatigue and weakness. Blood pressure in the normal range is rare. Either the systolic or the diastolic reading is liable to show lesser than the normal range in most individuals. You just simply can’t do away with this low B.P as most of your activities will hamper due to your fatigue and weakness. Thyroid problem can also lad to low BP. So get your thyroid treated through Thyromine and enjoy a cheerful life!

What is low Blood Pressure?When the pressure of the blood that is exerted against the walls of the blood vessels after and during every heartbeat is lower than normal, you have low blood pressure. This can result in insufficient blood flow to the important body organs like the heart and the brain. And this can lead to various low blood pressure symptoms. Because of low blood pressure not enough blood reaches to all parts of the body and thus the cells do not receive the correct amount of oxygen and nutrients. Therefore, the waste products in the blood are not removed. When you have prolonged low blood pressure all organs start malfunctioning and this leads to shock.You know that the thyroid gland is stimulated by the pituitary gland to produce hormones like thyroxine (T4) or thyroid hormone. Thyroxine determines how quickly nutrients are converted into energy and how efficiently food is burned within the body. Thereby when your thyroid gland functions properly, this will stimulate your entire body’s metabolism system. And that will revitalize your total activities by removing your fatigue or weakness. When your metabolism and immune system work positively, it is expected that your blood pressure will be kept in normal condition.Thyromine is the only medicine so far available in the health services to control the function of thyroid gland. L-Tyrosine is one of the amino acids that your body needs to make thyroid hormones. L-Tyrosine is included in thyromine products because it works to stimulate the metabolism. It’s also an element in helping your brain operate efficiently and for you to feel good naturally. Thyromine is an all-natural supplement giving no ill effects.

Treatment for high blood pressure is absolutely necessary and it is little wonder that doctors call this condition “the silent killer”. If you don’t get some form of treatment to bring your blood pressure back under control then you run a higher risk of early death from heart attack or stroke.

Obviously, no reputable herbalist is going to offer you treatments which they know will do you harm, but the risks can be considerable if you consult someone who is inadequately trained or if you try to treat yourself after gleaning some basic information from a book. You should remember that the drug industry is extremely efficient at exploiting any active substances found inn plants and in synthesizing and testing them for use as drugs.

Many natural high blood pressure remedies will slowly change your lifestyle to provide proven results. You may find that switching to a natural diet or performing a specific exercise routine may change the way you used to live into a way of life that promotes lower blood pressure. A change in your lifestyle may take longer to achieve a high level of results like medication, but it is a remedy whose affects will last a lifetime.

Experts use the high blood pressure alternative treatments to identify and combat what is thought to be the generalized source of high blood pressure, stress. Because stress causes elevated blood pressure, it has been the tradition to recommend a variety of techniques to alleviate the stress in your daily routine. These techniques often include self- induced resources that help an individual relax such as soft music, breathing exercises, walking, etc.

Ginkgo Biloba – very well-known in oriental medicine, the ginkgo is also an effective herbal remedy for cardio-vascular problems including hypertension. It is anti-inflammatory and also a stimulant, thus it can help reduce the constriction of blood vessels that results to high blood pressure.

Apple cider vinegar has been known to be an effective natural remedy for hypertension. Because this type of vinegar (unpasteurized) is loaded with minerals that you need to normalize your pressure, a few tablespoons make a great remedy. You should take about 3 tablespoons a day. Dilute it with water if the taste is bothering you.

Garlic is among the natural cures for high blood pressure. Using garlic on a regular basis has been shown to reduce your blood pressure by about 10%. That is a huge difference for those who have HBP. You take the garlic in either the clove, powered or minced form. You can eat it with other foods but the best way is in the clove form. Just eat a fresh clove of garlic. That is all there is to it. Well, except for the fact you will end up with bad breath.

You may know that high blood pressure can cause the heart to become enlarged through years of overwork. But did you know that the disease called hypertension – the technical name for high blood pressure – can also do some serious damage to the arteries?

Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)

One type of hypertension is called Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) because it is a condition where the pressure on the pulmonary artery is too great. This becomes an area of concern when pressure is above 25 mmHg. Normal pressure on the pulmonary artery is 14 mmHg. In PAH the inside of the arteries becomes narrower because the muscles along the wall tighten up. The arteries can also become thick from the increased muscle mass in the arteries due to their “workout.” When this happens the thicker walls create a narrower passage way for the blood flow and blood pressure increases.

The pulmonary arteries can also form scar tissue. This narrows the artery even more. Blood clots can cause further blockage and make blood flow difficult. All of the factors that narrow the arteries can also cause them to harden.

As time goes on without treating PAH, the right side of the heart is forced to work harder. Eventually it becomes so weak that it completely fails. The number one cause of death for people with PAH is heart failure. PAH is either inherited or comes about as the result of other conditions such as chronic lung disease, blood clots in the lungs or heart disease which can be caused by other types of conditions such as hypertension or high cholesterol.

Atherosclerosis

Atherosclerosis is another condition of the arteries brought about by high blood pressure among other diseases and conditions. The risk of developing this hardening and narrowing of the arteries is increased with age. If you have a close relative with the condition you are also at greater risk.

Basically, atherosclerosis starts because of a buildup of plaque in the arteries by damage to the artery’s lining. High blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol all contribute to damaging the artery walls. When plaque builds up it can lead to blood clots that narrow the arteries even more. With increased blood pressure on the arteries and the clots, there is a greater chance of heart attack or stroke.

Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)

Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) is when the arteries leading to the heart become hardened and narrower. There can be different types of CAD, the most common being angina and heart attack. Angina is a condition of chronic chest pain because the heart is not getting enough blood. A heart attack is the result also of the blood not making its way to a portion of the heart. Complete heart failure which can result in death happens when the heart cannot pump enough blood through the body.

To treat CAD, it is recommended that blood pressure is kept in check. High blood pressure adds to the strain on the arteries and the heart. A healthy diet and lifestyle will reduce the chances of developing CAD and other diseases or conditions of the arteries.

Fact! Most health researchers believe the body has an internal intelligence which allows it to heal itself naturally. In hypertension’s case, you can cure it in days.

Fact! If you are pro-active about your health, it may take only days to drop 20 points off of your high blood pressure.

Fact! There are numerous things which contribute to high blood pressure including breathing, vitamins, minerals, your diet, your beverages of choice, your activity level, stress, and even sleep.

Fact! Simple natural remedies may be the simplest and most affordable way to cure hypertension.

5 Secrets which will help Cure High Blood Pressure

1. The two most important things about high blood pressure are you should watch your nutrition and your activity level. Obviously, most people neglect these two areas and the result is high blood pressure. Our Hypertension Remedy Report goes into extensive detail about how your diet and exercise routine can literally make you live 15 years longer. I encourage you to educate yourself as much as possible in the fight for your health.

2. Along with a healthy diet, you should also be supplementing potassium because it aids the body in waste removal. The key to keeping your blood pressure normal is to flush as much waste as possible. Whether it is cholesterol, toxins, or chemicals, you should supplement potassium today.

3. You may also wish to supplement 300 mg of magnesium daily. This micronutrient is essential for nerve function, steady heartbeat, strong bones, a healthy immune system and normalizing blood pressure. Because potassium and magnesium go hand in hand, make sure you supplement them together.

4. I would also recommend herbal therapy. Actually garlic has been shown to be very beneficial to people who suffer from this disease. Garlic has been touted to lower cholesterol and lower high blood pressure.

5. Fish oil, also known as Omega 3 fatty acid, is very helpful for the heart. If you eat fish two to three times a week, which the guidelines say we all should, you are probably getting enough fish oil to protect your heart and normalize blood pressure. If not, you should be supplementing with meals today.
